Whether you have a specific goal or you’re looking for general advice, I will do my best to support you on your individual path. I encourage you to take responsibility for your decisions and goals.
I strongly believe that there is no “one size fits all”-solution. Therefore we will individually discuss and address your challenges. I cannot solve your problems for you or achieve your goals for you, but I can empower and support you to solve and achieve them by yourself. The relationship with my clients is authentic, intense and enlightening.
With individual coaching, also called 1:1 coaching, you will make the fastest progress.
Scheduling and price information
The individual coaching sessions take place by phone, Skype or in-person (if you are located in Sydney, Australia). The minimum duration of 3 months is recommended to ensure maximum success. Shorter coaching sessions can be discussed individually depending on your goals.
I only work with clients who are willing to go “all-in”, committed to leave their comfort zone and stick to appointments and agreements.
The timeframe, total costs and payment options for your personal, transformative Health Coaching Program will be discussed in our first and free discovery meeting.
Your individual Coaching Paket includes:
- Two coaching sessions per month – one private session every two weeks (6 sessions in total)
- Unlimited communication between sessions
- Initial questionnaire. The questionnaire must be completed once and before our first session. In our first session, we will review it together.
- Regular “homework” and reading assignments that support you in your personal development and help you to focus better.
- Personalized action plan
- The freedom to ask questions and share anything you want.
- Unconditional trust
And I promise you one more thing: we will have some intense, challenging sessions, but also a lot of fun.

What to expect?
As your partner and coach, I will support you in identifying and removing obstacles that stand in your way. First of all, we will get an overview of your life and identify areas that require action and/or more attention. I will help you to set clear, measurable goals and support you in reaching them.
Our regular Check-In session will help you to stay on track. We start by reviewing the last two weeks. What went well, what not so well and what is necessary to improve your actions. This is also a very good way to identify obstacles or problem just in time to overcome them before you start to struggle. In each session, we will also agree and commit on some action items for the next two weeks. Which we will discuss in the next upcoming session.
In between two sessions you can always reach out if you have questions or problems. I will provide you as much information and support as you need to be successful on your path.
There is nothing you cannot achieve. You are capable of so much more than you believe. Change is never easy, but stagnation is equivalent to regression.
No one says it will be easy, but its worth it, because you are worth it.
